2019 Summer Reading Program

A UNIVERSE OF STORIES Summer Reading Program. Sign up begins May 13.

Readers and Read-To-Me’s of all ages can sign up to receive Reading Rewards for completing a reading record. The reading record goal for infants – preschool age children is to read or listen to 150 books. The reading record goal for kindergartners – adults is to complete 25 hours of reading (reading independently, listening to audio books, reading aloud to someone, or being read aloud to count as reading time). Sign up begins May 13th. The first day completed reading records can be turned in is June 14th. The last day completed reading records can be turned in to receive reading rewards is July 31.

Creative Coloring for Adults

Mondays at 2pm

Coloring has been shown to reduce stress and is a great relaxing and creative activity.  Join us on Monday afternoons to color and unwind.  Supplies are provided by the library.

Needles, Hooks & Books

For needle crafters of all ages.  An informal time to work on a project, share info & skills, talk about books and meet others interest in needle arts.  This group meets every other Saturday afternoon at 2:30 p.m. and newcomers are always welcome!
