This park is comprised of almost 6 acres and is located along the
North Fork of the Elkhorn River across from the North 4th Park. This
park is named after long time City of Norfolk Park Superintendent,
Dick Winter. Amenities include: newly renovated and improved playground area
(below), picnic tables,
barbeque grills, 1 small recreational soccer field and a
baseball/softball backstop.
