The Mission of the City of Norfolk is to "provide
quality public services in an effective and efficient manner to enhance the common good
and quality of life including citizen involvement".
This park is comprised of almost 1 acre and is situated mostly
between the back yards of neighboring residents between Madison and
Westside Avenues. Small areas of access to this park can be located
from both streets. Amenities include: playground area with a new
play structure installed in 2008 (see below), 1 on 1
basketball court and one picnic table.
