The Mission of the City of Norfolk is to "provide
quality public services in an effective and efficient manner to enhance the common good
and quality of life including citizen involvement".
This park is comprised of approximately 3.2 acres and is located
just north of the City Library. This park was dedicated to previous
City of Norfolk mayor Warren Cook in 2001 and consists of 1 youth
softball field with the rest of the green space being used for youth
soccer.
