Programs This Week: April 27 - May 1

Monday at 4pm - Golden Sower Book Club - For ages 8-12 - This month's book is Malcolm at Midnight by W. H. Beck.  See the Youth Services Desk for details!

Tuesday at 6:30pm-Tuesday Night Book Discussion Group - This month's book is Longbourn by Jo Baker.

Wednesday at 10am - Wednesday Morning Book Discussion Group - This month's book is Under the Wide and Starry Sky by Nancy Horan.

Wednesday and Saturday at 10am - Lapsit - For infants up to age 2 and their caregiver - A fun way to begin library visits & literary experiences, learn social skills and build the foundations of reading.

Wednesday at 2:30 - Movies @ the Library - This week's feature is "The Bourne Legacy" starring Jeremy Renner and Edward Norton (PG-13)

Thursday at 1:30, Friday at 10:30 and Saturday at 10:30 - Storytime - for children age  through grade 2 - A fun combination of literature experiences that increase listening comprehension and teach the foundations of reading. 

Thursday at 6:30pm - 20's & 30's Book Club - This month's book is In the Heart of the Sea by Nathaniel Philbrick.

 Saturday at 10am - Signing Lapsit - Learn sign language that will help you communicate with your baby!

Saturday at 10:30am - Signing Storytime -  A fun storytime class that incorporates basic sign language while teaching listening comprehension and building the foundations for reading.

Saturday at 2:30pm - Needles, Hooks & Books - for needle crafters of all ages - Join us for this informal class to build your skills and meet others interested in needles arts.

Thursday, May 7 at 6:30pm - Oral History Workshop - Learn how to preserve your family history by recording oral histories.  Workshop conducted by Elkhorn Valley Museum staff.
