Telecommunications Occupation Tax

 
The Norfolk City Council approved Ordinance No. 4897, which expands the definition of telecommunication services subject to the City of Norfolk, Nebraska's 3% occupation tax, on first reading on August 21, 2006, on second reading on September 5, 2006 and on third (final) reading on September 8, 2006.

Telecommunications payments must be made at least quarterly and should be sent to:
