The Mission of the City of Norfolk is to "provide

The Engineering
Division reviews building site plans. Along with the permit
application a site layout is required that shows existing
elevations, proposed elevations, existing easements and the proposed
sidewalk location. See below for an example of a typical site
plan layout.
