Norfolk Elkhorn River Trail

Project Description

The project is located on the south side of Norfolk, beginning in Ta-Ha-Zouka Park at 13th Street (Highway 81) and extending east to 1st Street.    The Schemmer Associates has been hired as the engineering Consultant to provide professional services for the preliminary engineering, design, and construction engineering services for the Norfolk Elkhorn River Trail.  Anticipate construction during 2013.
