A certain document, one (1) copy which is on file in the office of the city clerk of the City of Norfolk, Nebraska, being marked and designated as the "International Fire Code 2018," as published by The International Code Council, is hereby adopted as the fire prevention code of the City of Norfolk, Nebraska, as is fully set out in this section, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in section 8-28 of this article.
