Street Sweeping

The city operates two (2) six cubic yard regenerative air street sweepers. They operate year round, weather permitting. Normal winters do not allow much activity. Each machine operates 600 to 800 hours. Each removes between 1,200 and 2,000 cubic yards of debris. One sweeper operates on the highways and the Central Business District, while the other cleans residential streets. If you wish to have an area cleaned, please feel free to contact us.
