Joint Sealing

Sealing cracks in concrete and asphalt streets serves one main purpose. The sealant keeps moisture from going into the opening and either softening the sub grade or freezing and causing expansion of the existing surface. Water increases in volume 9% of its original size. Thus something must give up space. It's not the water. We have equipment to seal small projects.
