Payment Options

The City of Norfolk offers several ways for you to pay bills owed to the city.  You can mail you payment to City of Norfolk, 127 N 1st St, Norfolk, NE  68701. You can also make a payment in person at the Clerks Office located at 127 N 1st St. You can use the Payment drop box located behind the Auditorium, or you can sign up for Automatic Utility Bill Payments.

The City of Norfolk also accepts online credit card payments for Residential Water and Sewer Bills, Special Assessments, Invoices, Statements and Parking Tickets.
